Are we equipped for Wheelchair Access?
Our company does provide wheel chair access, however not all vehicles are wheelchair equipped and we do require notice. Please ring (02) 6620 9200 to discuss your requirements.
Are there discounts for Group travel?
Absolutely, we are discount leaders. Check our Group Travel Icon on the Home page to view discount rates.
Do you supply baby seats and booster seats?
Go Byron is a family owned business and we pride ourselves on being the premier family friendly transport service in Byron Bay.
We can supply baby seats for most private transfers.
Baby seats can be provided on some shuttle and taxi services depending on vehicle type. Children are not required to be in a child seat however, we can supply child and baby seats in buses where anchor points are fitted. Infants can travel for free on a parent's lap and children may travel in a seat for half price. Baby seat requirement's should be noted in the 'notes' box when booking.
All our maxi taxis are fitted with anchor points and carry one baby seat onboard. If you require more than one seat please advise at the time of booking. If sedan is required, please advise at the time of booking so we can fit a baby seat into the car.
Are there extra charges not listed in the travel manifest?
Definitely not, We are a door to door service and do not charge for bulky luggage or items.
Is there room for a Surfboard?
Yes we can take larger items. If you can carry it off the plane we can take it, however prior notice for bulky items is required. The information required should be entered in the 'notes' box.
What are your booking terms and conditions?
On confirmation of the booking a non refundable 20% is required to be paid and the remaining balance is to be paid 30 days prior to transfer date. If the booking date is within 30 days of transfer date full payment is required.
The total confirmed fee will be charged if the reservation is cancelled within two weeks of the travel date. Cancellation must be made in writing (fax, email, or letter) and must quote your booking number.
A portion of the confirmed fee, 25% , will be charged if the reservation is cancelled, after a 21 day cooling off period from the time of the initial booking , through to two weeks before the travel date. Cancellation must be made in writing (fax, email or letter) and must quote your booking number. As above, if the cancellation takes place within two weeks of the travel date the full confirmed fee will be charged.
Reservation Modifications – Once confirmed, your reservation will not change unless you change details or extend your time/s. Should you have a need to modify transport times, routes or dates – please advise us in writing and where possible we will accommodate your requirements, however we cannot guarantee that we are able to do so.
